The Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training), has announced applications for its Fellowship Programme.
The Academy has one vacant position for a Research Fellow in Management. The post is open to academicians or professionals who either hold a PhD or have applied for a PhD in the management discipline.

The Research Fellow will be appointed on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year. The tenure may be extended depending on performance and the requirements of the Academy.
As part of the role, the Fellow is expected to contribute to LBSNAA’s academic environment. Responsibilities include participation in the Academic Council, assisting in the design and delivery of training programmes, and supporting workshops and conferences organised by the Academy.
The selected Fellow will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹75,000. LBSNAA will also provide a furnished studio apartment with parking facilities on campus, subject to payment of a licence fee as decided by the Director.
