The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhlkode has invited applications for admission to the one-year Diploma in Management Programme (DMP). 

The program, designed for working professionals & aspiring managers, has a blended learning approach with online sessions and in-campus modules. It is a recognized diploma with credit transfer options to MBA programs and having industry-relevant electives in AI, FinTech, digital marketing, etc. 

The course of 1-year duration will have 400+ hours of immersive learning, 2 mandatory visits of 5 days each at the IIM Kozhikode campus, case studies, hands-on tools, simulations, and no-code software solutions. Delivery will include Hybrid classes, e-tutorials, e-content, recorded sessions, in-campus immersion, etc.

The DMP is designed by an industry advisory board and experienced faculty. It combines advanced management theories, essential soft skills, and new technologies with practical business skills. There is also an integration of Harvard Business Review (HBR) cases and IIM Kozhikode-authored business cases for real-world learning.

Eligibility: Applicant should have (i) Graduation with 50% marks or Diploma with 60% and (ii) minimum 3 years work experience

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Application Review, IIMK DMAT (Diploma in Management Aptitude Test) and Interview 

Application: Applications can be registered at the program page at https://www.iimk.ac.in/ (Programs > Academic Programs > Diploma in Management) latest by April 10, 2025. Application Fee is Rs. 1000/-.

DMAT will be held on April 20, 2025. The interview will be during 01-04 May, 2025. Programme will commence on May 19, 2025
