The Institute of Cooperative Management (ICM), Poojappura, Mudavanmugal Road, Thiruvananthapuram-695012, has invited applications for admission to the Higher Diploma in Cooperative Management (HDCM) Programme at the Institute for 2025-26.

The program of 52 weeks duration, divided into two semesters, emphasises practical-oriented training to enhance employability skills.

The topics in the curriculum include Environment for Cooperatives in India, Cooperative Legislation, Cooperative Credit and Banking, Non-Credit Cooperatives, Accounts and Audit, Information Technology for Management, Cost Accounting & Financial Management, Marketing Management, Allied Laws, Organizational Behaviour and Communication, Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations, Project Management & Business Development Plan for Cooperatives, Data Collection, and Project Report.

HDCM is an entry-level qualification for securing employment in the cooperative departments and various cooperative organisations, including Kerala Bank.

The course is approved by the Kerala PSC and the Cooperative Service Examination Board.

Eligibility: Applicant should hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
