At the late actor Satish Shah’s prayer meet in Mumbai, singer Sonu Nigam moved many to tears by performing his favourite song

Mumbai: The film and television fraternity gathered in Mumbai on Monday to pay their respects to veteran actor Satish Shah, who passed away on Saturday at the age of 74 after collapsing at his residence during lunch. His funeral was held the following day, and the prayer meet brought together family, friends, and colleagues to celebrate his life.
A deeply emotional moment unfolded when singer Sonu Nigam performed Shah’s favourite song, Tere Mere Sapne, from the classic film Guide. Sonu was seen kneeling beside Shah’s wife, Madhu, gently encouraging her to hum along. Madhu, who is reportedly battling Alzheimer’s disease, joined him in singing a few lines, leaving attendees and viewers online visibly moved.
