
Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala has published the Mop up Allotment to the Three Year LLB courses 2023 to fill up the vacant seats in the Government Law College and Private Self Financing Law colleges in the State having seat sharing agreement with the State Government at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
The allotment has been published after addressing the complaints received on provisional allotment list which was published on 07.11.2023 and on the basis of the conditions stipulated in Three Year LLB Prospectus clause 16.
To view the Allotment Result, candidates should log on to the ‘Three Year LLB 2023-Candidate Portal’ by submitting their Application Number and Password. Then by clicking on the link ‘Allotment Result’, candidates can view their Allotment Result. It is necessary to take the printout of the Allotment Memo.
The allotted candidates should report for joining at the allotted colleges during 10.11.2023 and 4 pm on 14.11.2023, along with all required documents specified in the Allotment Memo and Prospectus clause 18. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OEC/other categories specified in the Notification are exempted from remitting tuition fees.
Course once allotted in the Mop-up Allotment shall be final and cannot be changed further. If a candidate, who has been already admitted to Three Year LLB course through previous phases of allotment by the CEE, has got an allotment through the Mop up allotment, current admission of the candidate will stand cancelled. Surrender of seats after Mop up Allotment will not be permitted.
The mop up registration fee of those candidates who do not join the seat allotted through Mop Up Round will be treated as penalty and will not be refunded. The registration fee of candidates, who do not get any allotment in mop up phase, will be refunded.
In case vacancies exist/new vacancies arise after Mop up Allotment, they will also be filled in the subsequent phase through Spot allotment/Stray Vacancy Filling Round, based on the options registered for the Mop up allotment, the details of which will be notified later.
