CEE Kerala begins third phase MBBS/BDS allotment for 2025–26. Confirm options by 11 am on October 14 at cee.kerala.gov.in.

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala has commenced the activities related to the third phase allotment to MBBS/BDS courses for the State Quota Seats for the academic year 2025-26 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in
Online Option Confirmation is mandatory for those who have an admission for MBBS/BDS course and those who have no allotment as per previous phase allotments to be considered in third phase of allotment for MBBS/BDS courses. Candidates must log into their Home page at www.cee.kerala.gov.in and confirm their options by clicking the ‘confirm’ button available there. After Online Option confirmation, candidates can re-arrange their higher options/ delete unwanted options, if applicable, up to 11 am on 14.10.2025. Candidates may confirm options to the courses/colleges to which they are sure to join and continue studies if allotted. The unallotted seats will also be converted during this phase. If a candidate who has an admission does not confirm his/her options, the existing admission if any as per the second phase allotment shall be retained.
Facility for Option registration for Kerala Medical College, Palakkad will be available during this phase The provisional annual fee for General Category in the college is Rs. 8,10,175/- and that for NRI Category, Rs. 22,74,006/-. As fee structure for the college has not yet been finalized by Fee Regulatory Committee, the college and the students admitted must comply with the final fee orders to be issued by the AFRC/Government. If the fee fixed by the AFRC/Government for the academic year 2025-26 is higher than the provisionally paid fee, candidates will be liable to pay the balance amount. If the fee fixed is lower than the provisionally paid fee, the college will be liable to refund the excess amount to the candidates.
Based on options received up to 11 am on 14.10.2025, the third phase provisional allotment will be published on 15.10.2025 and final allotment on 16.10.2025.
Candidates who receive allotment in this phase must take a printout of their allotment memo and remit the fee/balance fee (if applicable) and join the course/college allotted during 17.10.2025 and 4 pm on 22.10.2025.
The details of fee for the MBBS/BDS courses, in various colleges is available in the website. As the fee for 2025-26 academic year is not yet fixed in Self Financing Medical colleges, those candidates who get allotment in these Self Financing colleges should provisionally pay the fee fixed for 2024-25 academic year and they have to pay the balance fees in case if the fee to be fixed by the Admission Supervisory Committee/Government/Hon’ble High Court for the academic year 2025-26 is going to be higher than that of 2024-25 for these colleges.
Those candidates who get allotment to Government Medical/Dental courses should pay the complete fee to CEE. Those who get allotment to MBBS/BDS courses in Self-financing colleges should pay fee/balance fee (as applicable) as per the allotment memo to the allotted colleges. Those allotted under SC/ST/OEC/other categories mentioned in the Notification need not pay token fee. However, if such candidates are allotted under Minority/NRI quota seats in Self-Financing Medical/Dental colleges, they will have to remit the fee as prescribed. They will not be eligible for any fee concession.
Those candidates who wish to vacate the seats joined through Phase I & Phase II, can exit the seat by 5 pm on 14.10.2025 by forfeiting the Option Registration fees.
If MCC issues directives that the Third Round All India Quota allotted/admitted candidates become ineligible for Third Round State Quota counselling and if the list of such candidates are shared by MCC, the options of such candidates will not be considered for third round allotment in the State as they will become ineligible for participating in the third round.
Those NRI candidates who have submitted expired or expiring documents along with Online application and have submitted Self declaration from the sponsor can also confirm options. If such candidates do not submit the original documents/acknowledgement by 11 am on 14.10.2025, the allotment if any, received in NRI quota and the NRI status will be cancelled.
Vacancy in MBBS/BDS course if any after the third-round allotment will be filled up through Stray Vacancy Allotment, details of which will be published later.
