Thiruvananthapuram: The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the Second Round Stray Vacancy Allotment for Medical and Medical Allied Courses for 2025 on www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

Candidates who have been allotted seats can download and print their allotment memo from the candidate portal. Details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, allotted course and college, category of allotment, and fee information are available both on the candidate’s home page and in the allotment memo.

Allotted candidates can also download their Data Sheet by selecting the ‘Data Sheet’ option on the home page. The printout of this document must be submitted to the respective college at the time of admission.

Candidates must remit the fees specified in the allotment memo to the allotted college and complete the admission process before 4 pm on November 30, 2025.

Candidates allotted under SC/ST/OEC or other exempted categories are not required to pay the tuition fee. However, if they have been allotted a Management seat in a self-financing college, they must pay the fee stated in the allotment memo and will not be eligible for any fee concession.

Candidates who fail to join the allotted course/college within the stipulated time will forfeit their allotment. Their registration fee will not be refunded, and they will be penalised as per Clause 12.2.4 of the KEAM Prospectus.

Candidates who leave their seats after securing admission, whether through this stray vacancy round or through earlier allotments, will also face penalties under Clause 12.2.4.

Those who do not join after receiving an allotment, or who vacate their seats after joining, will not be considered for any further rounds of stray vacancy allotment, if conducted.

Complete details of the allotment and relevant Government Orders are available at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
