Kannur:  CCTV visuals to suspect that the accused in the Panoor Mansoor murder case have hatched a conspiracy have come out. The investigation team is examining the visuals.

The visuals of the closed circuit TV minutes before the murder happened was examined by the probe team. The visuals from the CCTV that was placed on one of the bylanes leading to Mansoor's house was obtained.

The visuals show local CPM leaders holding a meeting in the place while others are talking on mobile phones. The complete picture looks suspicious.

Family members of Mansoor said that none of the local leaders have been interrogated or included in the accused list. They allege that looking at the visuals, one could smell a conspiracy being hatched and demanded the police to take them in custody which could make a progress into the investigation into the case.

Muslim Youth League worker Mansoor, 22, a resident of Chokli Pullookkara, was killed in a clash around 8 p.m. on April 6, election day. The police have named 11 persons, supposedly CPI(M) workers, as accused in the case.
