Lalu Yadav`s daughter Rohini Acharya quits politics! Claims Tejashwi & aides pushed her out. Shocking family feud & election defeat details inside.

Hours after announcing that she was quitting politics and “cutting ties” with her family, Rohini Acharya, daughter of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi, intensified her allegations against her brother Tejashwi Yadav and his close aides Sanjay Yadav and Rameez.
Rohini, who left her parents’ residence and was later seen at the airport, told ANI that she had been effectively pushed out of the family after the RJD’s humiliating defeat in the Bihar Assembly elections.
Rohini, who donated a kidney to her father in 2022, alleged that questioning Sanjay Yadav, Rameez, or even Tejashwi Yadav invites humiliation and threats.
“I have no family. You can go and ask this to Sanjay Yadav, Rameez, and Tejashwi Yadav. They are the ones who threw me out of the family. They don't want to take any responsibility. When you question Sanjay Yadav and Rameez, you will be thrown out of the house, disgraced, abused, and even hit with slippers,” she said.
She added that the people of Bihar and the entire nation are questioning RJD’s dramatic fall in the elections, but instead of accountability, those raising concerns are allegedly silenced.

Rohini also suggested that Tejashwi’s aides hold disproportionate influence, saying the “Chanakya” should answer for the poll performance, an indirect reference to Tejashwi and his closest political advisor.
RJD’s worst performance in years
The controversy comes amid RJD’s biggest electoral setback in over a decade.
- The party’s seat count fell from 75 to just 25
- The Mahagathbandhan overall failed to cross even 40 seats
NDA allies, particularly the BJP, swept the polls, with BJP securing 89 seats, its highest-ever in Bihar
