Mumbai: The Indian Air Force (IAF) has issued an official clarification following reports of entrance fees being charged for the air show in Nashik.

The IAF emphasised that it does not charge any entry fee for air shows held across India, nor does it gain any monetary benefit from these events. Organised to inspire youth, foster a deeper connection with the nation, and showcase the IAF’s professionalism, the air shows remain fully accessible to the public.

The IAF stressed that air shows, including the Nashik event, are not commercial ventures and are aimed purely at public engagement and education. The clarification follows heightened public interest in the air show, which attracts visitors keen to witness military aircraft displays and aerial demonstrations.
