Recent reports had alleged that lower procurement levels had led to reduced supply of Green Magic milk, forcing some consumers to turn to costlier private brands

Chennai: State-run dairy cooperative Aavin has clarified that its green-packaged “Green Magic” milk has not been discontinued and continues to be distributed as usual, rejecting recent media reports suggesting a reduction in supply.
The company said claims that production or distribution of the 4.5 per cent fat milk variant had been cut were false and misleading. It added that all its milk varieties, including Green Magic, remain available without any interruption.
