Alappuzha: Ahead of the release of her debut film Thudakkam, Vismaya Mohanlal visited the Mannarasala Nagaraja Temple in Haripad, Alappuzha, along with her mother, Suchitra.

Mother and daughter offered prayers at the temple and circumambulated the shrine during their visit a few days ago. Visuals of them praying and making offerings have since surfaced on social media.

Thudakkam, directed by Jude Anthany Joseph, marks Vismaya's debut in a lead role and is set for a theatrical release on Friday. The film is produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.

The cast also includes Ashish J. Antony, son of Antony Perumbavoor, in a prominent role, while Mohanlal makes a guest appearance.

The screenplay has been penned by Linish Nellikkal, Akhil Krishna and Jude Anthany Joseph. Jakes Bejoy has composed the music, with cinematography by Akhil George and Jomon T. John. The film has been edited by Chaman Chacko.
