Actor Tovino Thomas met with an accident while shooting for ‘Nadikar Thilakam’, directed by Lal Junior alias Jean Paul Lal, and reportedly sustained an injury to his leg.

The incident took place while the actor was shooting for the film at Marambally near Perumbavoor. He has been advised by the doctor to take rest for one week and the shooting has been put on halt till then. 

The film production works will resume after one week, confirmed Lal Junior. 

‘Nadikar Thilakam’, which marks Lal Junior’s next venture after ‘Driving Licence’, also stars Soubin Shahir, Shine Tom Chacko, Indrans among others in prominent roles. It is expected to hit the theatres next year.
