The makers of the upcoming Malayalam medical crime thriller Dose have unveiled the first look of Darshana Nair’s character, building fresh interest ahead of the film’s release.
The makers of the Malayalam medical crime thriller Dose have officially revealed the first look of actress Darshana Nair’s character, Veni Vidyadaran.
Starring Siju Wilson in the lead role and directed by Abhilash R Nair, the film has been generating interest for its storyline inspired by reported true events, centred around a crime investigation inside a hospital setting.

The production team released the character poster through the film’s official social media handle, introducing Darshana Nair’s role to audiences ahead of the film’s release.
Dose is now scheduled to hit theatres on May 22, after being postponed from its earlier planned release date of April 24. The makers had stated that the delay was intended to ensure a more impactful viewing experience.
The film also features Drishya Raghunath, Krisha Kurup, Jagadish, Ashwin Kumar and Rony David in key roles. It is backed by a technical team including cinematographer Vishnu Prasad, music composer Gopi Sundar and editor Shyam Sasidharan.
Produced by Shanto Thomas, the film is co-produced by Ankit Trivedi with executive production support from Muscat Movie Makers, Wilson Pictures, Cinema Network and Kurian C Mathew.
