M.F.Sc Programmes: Aquaculture, Aquatic Animal Health Management, Aquatic Environment Management, Fish Nutrition and Feed Technology, Fish Processing Technology, Fishing Technology and Engineering, Fisheries Extension, Fisheries Resource Management, Fish Genetics and Breading. Applicants should NTA score of ICAR-AIEEA PG 2023. 

M.Sc: Applied Geology, Biotechnology, Climate Science, Disaster Management, Environmental Science, Food Science and Technology, Marine Biology, Marine Chemistry, Marine Microbiology, Physical Oceanography, Remote Sensing & GIS, Statistics. 

MBA (Dual Specialization): Applicants should have qualified in KMAT/CMAT/CAT for admission in 2023.

M.Tech: Coastal & Harbour Engineering, Ocean & Coastal Safety Engineering 

Ph.D: In all Faculties- Faculty of Fisheries Science (Based on NTA score of ICAR AICE –JRF/SRF(Ph.D) 2023), Faculty of Ocean Science & Technology, Faculty of Fisheries Management , Faculty of Fisheries Engineering
