
Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, has extended the last date of submission of online applications for Admission against vacant seats to classes IX & XI (session 2025-26) in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas through selection test.
Applications can be submitted at the following links till 9th November, 2024.

Eligibility: (i) Class IX: Only those candidates who are bonafide residents & studying class VIII during the session 2024-25 in Govt./Govt. recognised schools of the district where JNV is functioning and to which they are seeking admission, are eligible. Date of birth of the candidate is to be between 01.05.2010 to 31.07.2012 (both dates inclusive). This is applicable to all categories of candidates including those who belong to SC/ST/OBC categories.
Class XI: The candidate must have studied Class X during academic the academic session 2024-25 (April 2024 to March 2025 session)/2024 (January to December 2024 session) from a Govt./Govt. recognized school of the district where the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is functioning and should have been born between 01.06.2008 to 31.07.2010 (Both dates inclusive). A candidate will be considered for district level merit only if the district of Class-X study and residence are the same.
Selection Tests will be OMR based with Bilingual question paper (Hindi and English) with objective type questions. Selection Test for Class IX will have questions from Hindi, English, Mathematics & Science and that for Class XI will have questions from Mental Ability, English, Mathematics, Science & Social Science. Syllabus and selection criteria are given in the Prospectus.
