
Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has invited online options for the Centralised Allotment Process for admission to LL.M Courses in four Government Law Colleges and 10 Private Self-financing Law Colleges of the State which have entered into seat sharing agreement with the Government for the academic year 2024-25.
Candidates who have been included in the rank list for admission to LLM Courses 2024 can register their options online through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
Candidates can enter their Application Number & Password in the link ‘LL.M 2024 - Candidate Portal’ provided at www.cee.kerala.gov.in to log on to their home page. By clicking the menu ‘Option Registration’, candidates can register their options online up to 3 pm on 29.10.2024.
Candidates may file options to the courses/colleges to which they are sure to join and continue studies if allotted. The list of Colleges included in the process is given in the Notification at www.cee.kerala.gov.in. It will be available in th e option registration page also.
Candidates whose results in the rank list have been withheld due to defects in Nationality, Nativity can also register their online options for allotment. But the options submitted by such candidates will not be considered for allotment unless they upload the required documents through Candidate portal to clear the defects and release their ranks, before 2 pm on 28.10.2024.
The allotment will be based on the rank list, category list and the online options received within the stipulated time. Candidates who fail to register their options online will not be considered for allotment under any circumstances.
Option Registration Fee
Those who wish to register options will have to remit registration fee of Rs.2000/- to the CEE. Those belonging to SC/ST/OEC/other categories specified in the Notification will have to remit Rs.500/- as Registration Fee. Registration fee can be remitted by way of online payment.
The registration fee of those candidates who do not get allotment will be refunded. If a candidate gets allotment and does not join within the stipulated time, the option registration fee will be considered as penalty and will not be refunded. Option registration fee of the candidates who quit the seats after taking admission will be considered as penalty and will not be refunded. Refund of option registration fee for the eligible candidates will be made only after the completion of allotment process and it will be notified.
Allotment and Schedule for joining the Institutions will be notified later.
Annual Tuition Fee, Deposit amount, other fees for the LL.M Courses should be remitted in the allotted colleges at the time of admission. Candidates who receive allotment should have attained the eligibility for admissions as per Clause 9 of the Prospectus at the time of admission.
Candidates who do not take admission within the specified dates shall lose their allotment as well as their higher options. They will not be eligible for future online allotments, if any, under centralized Allotment Process (CAP).
Fee
As the fee for the academic year 2024-25 is not yet fixed, those getting allotment have to pay the fee fixed for the year 2023-24. They will be liable to pay the balance fee, in case, if the fee to be fixed for the academic year 2024-25 is higher than that of 2023-24. Those getting allotment to Government Law Colleges have to pay Annual Tuition Fee of Rs.3780/-. Those getting allotment to Private Self Financing Law College (Govt. Seats) have to pay Annual Tuition Fee of Rs. 30,000/- and Caution Deposit of Rs. 10,000/-.
