Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, has commenced the activities related to the second phase of the Centralised Allotment Process for admission to LLM Course in the Colleges of the State for the year 2025-26 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in

Those candidates who have received allotment and taken admission in the allotted college in the first phase, and want their existing higher order options to be considered for the second phase have to compulsorily confirm their online options, by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button available in the home page provided at www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates who have exercised options but not allotted any seats in the first phase should also confirm their options.

The facility for Option confirmation will be available at www.cee.kerala.gov.in till 11 am on 16.12.2025.

Candidates who received an allotment in the first phase and got admitted to the allotted colleges and continued in their admitted status, candidates who have registered options for the first phase, but did not receive any allotment in the first phase and want to be considered for the second phase of allotment are eligible to participate in the Second Phase of allotment by clicking the ‘Confirm’ button available on the home page of the Candidate Portal.

In this phase of Option Confirmation, candidates can change the priority of existing higher options and delete unwanted options, if desired. Candidates must not retain unnecessary options to courses/colleges where they do not wish to join, if allotted.

Those who do not confirm their higher options online within the stipulated time will not be included in this phase of allotment. But the present admission, if any, secured in the first phase of allotment shall be retained.

The request for option confirmation/rearrangement/deletion of options received via Post/Fax/email/hand delivery will not be considered under any circumstances.

Candidates who receive allotment should have attained the eligibility for admission as per Clause 9 of the Prospectus at the time of admission. The candidates who get allotment in this phase must join the allotted college within the stipulated time. Detailed schedule regarding the joining will be notified later. Candidates who get allotment have to pay the amount shown in the allotment memo in the allotted colleges at the time of admission.

Candidates who do not take admission within the specified dates shall lose their allotment as well as all the existing options. Candidates who receive a change of allotment to their higher options in the second phase of allotment will automatically lose their current admission. They should obtain the T.C, relevant documents and amount remitted at the time of admission from their currently admitted college and join the newly allotted colleges as per the schedule specified in the allotment memo.

Allotment shall be subject to the final order/affiliation/approval of the Govt./University concerned.
