Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Rohtak, has invited applications for admission to the Five Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) (2020-25).

Applicants of the General, NC-OBC and EWS Categories must have scored a minimum of 60% in standard X/ SSC and standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations, while, those belonging to the SC, ST and PWD (DAP) Category, should have scored a minimum 55% in standard X/ SSC and standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations.

Applicants should not be over 20 years of age as on July 31, 2020.

Those who are likely to complete standard XII/ HSC or equivalent by the end of June 30, 2020 can also apply, subject to meeting the minimum eligibility criteria as mentioned above. If selected, such candidates will be offered admission to the programme provisionally. At the time of registration for the programme, such candidates must produce X and XII standard mark sheets.

Selection: Selection will be based on the IPM Aptitude Test 2020 to be conducted from 9 AM to 11 AM on May 1, 2020 at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Noida, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Thiruvananthapuram, Varanasi and Visakhapatnam. The test will assess the aptitude, logical reasoning and proficiency in English of the applicant. There will be questions from Quantitative Ability (40 nos, 40 minutes), Logical Reasoning (40, 40 minutes and Verbal Ability (40, 40 minutes).  Each question will carry 4 marks. There will be negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer. All the questions will be multiple choice questions.

Based on the results of the Aptitude test, applicants will be short listed. The call for Personal Interviews (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT) will be given in First/ Second Week of May 2020. The interviews are proposed to be held Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Rohtak tentatively in 3rd and 4th week of May 2020. The candidates will be judged on the basis of their academics, general awareness, and communication skills during personal interviews.

The final Merit List will be generated based on the composite score by giving weighatage of 50% to Aptitude Test Score, 30% to Personal Interview, and 10 each to Written Ability Test and Past Academics.

The announcement of Merit List and sending of offer letters to the selected candidates will be done by second week of June 2020. The selected candidates accepting the offer within the stipulated date will required to deposit Offer Acceptance Amount (as mentioned in the offer letter) through online payment link.

Those accepting the offer of admission to IPM 02 (2020-25) will be given confirmation letter. The candidate is required to pay the First Year Programme Fee (as mentioned in the confirmation letter) and should report to the institute campus for on campus registration, in first week of July 2020 as per the communicated schedule.

On successful completion of academic rigor of 5 years, the student will be awarded with Master of Business Administration (MBA) by IIM Rohtak.  If any student intends to exit after successfully completing the programme requirement at the end of 3 years, he/she will be awarded with a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

The programme consists of 15 terms spread over a period of 5 years. A year has three terms, each of 3 months duration. The entire programme is divided into two parts; the first part focuses on the foundation courses, whereas the second part focuses on the management. Students will be undergoing internships at the end of every academic year.
There are 150 seats for the Programme.
