Apply for IIM Rohtak’s 5-year BBA-LLB Integrated Programme in Law (IPL) 2026-31. Combine business management & law. Eligibility, selection & application details.

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak has invited applications for admission to the Integrated Programme in Law (IPL) for the session 2026-31.
The interdisciplinary program aims at providing an in-depth knowledge of business management with intricate details of law and governance. On successful completion of academic rigor of 5 years, the participant will be awarded with an integrated degree of BBA-LLB. There shall be no lateral entry or exit at any intermediary stage of the programme.
The programme consists of 15 terms spread over a period of 5 years. A year has three terms, each of 3 months’ duration. The entire programme consists of courses in business management and legal education. Students will be undergoing several internships during the course of the programme.
Eligibility: Applicants should have a minimum of 60% in standard X/SSC and standard XII/HSC or equivalent examinations (55% in standard X/SSC and standard XII/HSC or equivalent examinations for SC, ST and DAP Category). The age of the applicant should not exceed 20 years as of June 30, 2026.
Those who are likely to complete standard XII/HSC or equivalent by the end of June 2026 can also apply, subject to meeting the minimum eligibility criteria after the declaration of results.
The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in X and XII Standards would be calculated based on the aggregate marks of the best five subjects that appear in the mark sheet/grade sheet, irrespective of the Board’s regulation.
Selection: Applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of their scores in any of the following entrance examinations:
(a) CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) 2026: Those applicants who have appeared for CLAT 2026 can register on the IIM Rohtak’s IPL registration portal using the CLAT Application Number. The eligible candidate will have to pay registration fee of Rs. 4,937/-.
(b) IPM Aptitude Test (AT) 2026: Those who did not appear for CLAT 2026 can also apply for IPL by appearing for IPM AT 2026 conducted by IIM Rohtak. Such candidates will have to select the option of IPL along with Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) during the registration process and pay registration fee of Rs. 4,937/-
IPM AT 2026 will be conducted on May 10, 2026 (tentative) from 9 am. Applicants of IPL will have to appear for 4 sections having multiple-choice questions from Quantitative Ability (40 questions), Logical Reasoning (40), Verbal Ability (40) in Section 1 (120 minutes) and Legal Reasoning (20 questions) in Section 2 (20 minutes). Each question will carry 4 marks. There will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer.
The shortlisted applicants will be called for a personal interview on the basis of minimum eligibility criteria and CLAT Score 2026/IPMAT Score 2026. The announcement of the Call for Personal Interviews (PI) will be made by the end of May 2026 (tentative). The candidates, during their personal interviews, will be evaluated on the basis of their academics, general awareness, and communication skills. The interviews are proposed to be held in the first or second week of June 2026 (tentative).
The final merit list for the admissions is prepared as per the weightage assigned for Aptitude Test Score 2026 (CLAT/IPM AT)—55; Personal Interview (PI)—15; Past Academics (Xth /SSC) or Equivalent Examination—10; Past Academics (XII/HSC) or Equivalent Examination—20 (Total—100).
All the selected candidates will receive a provisional offer letter for admission from ipladmission@iimrohtak.ac.in on their registered email ID shortly after the declaration of the merit list.

The last date for submission of online applications through CLAT 2026/through IPM AT 2026 is April 06, 2026.
The total number of seats for the IPL Batch 06 (Session 2026-31) will be 120. The offer of admission to the candidate will be made strictly based on merit/rank list and availability of seats in each category (Gen, SC, ST, NC-OBC, EWS & DAP) as per the reservation rules of the Government of India.
The fee for each of the first four years will be Rs. 6,42,000 /-. For the 5th year, it will be Rs. 6,79,450/-.
