Vivo has confirmed that the T4 Pro 5G will launch in India later this month. Along with the launch date, the company showcased the handset’s design and revealed key specifications, including the feature of a 3x Periscope Zoom.

What’s new in the Vivo T4 Pro 5G?

The T4 Pro will expand the existing T4 series lineup, which already includes the Vivo T4 5G, T4 Lite 5G, T4R 5G, and T4x 5G.

The T4 Pro 5G is expected to sport a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 telephoto camera with 3X zoom support. Promotional images show a vertically aligned pill-shaped camera module on the top-left corner of the back panel. The camera island houses two cameras, while a third camera and a ring-like Aura Light are arranged beside it. The phone will feature a quad-curved AMOLED display and measure 7.53mm in thickness.

The device will run on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and include a 6,500mAh battery. It is also expected to come with AI-backed imaging and productivity tools.

How does it compare to the Vivo T3 Pro?

The Vivo T4 Pro 5G will succeed the Vivo T3 Pro, which came with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, a 5,500mAh battery, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary camera, a 16-megapixel selfie camera, and a 6.77-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display.

The T3 Pro was priced at Rs. 24,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant and Rs. 26,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The T4 Pro 5G is expected to be priced under Rs 30,000. The company has set up a dedicated microsite on Flipkart showcasing the design and key features of the upcoming device.
