If you're a Flipkart Plus member, your regular shopping could now earn you more than just SuperCoins. Starting August 1, eligible members can unlock a free Netflix Mobile Plan every month simply by shopping on Flipkart.

Under a new partnership between Flipkart and Netflix, Plus members who meet the monthly shopping criteria can activate a 30-day Netflix Mobile subscription at no extra cost, eliminating the need to pay separately for the streaming service.

How to claim your free Netflix subscription

To qualify for the free Netflix Mobile Plan, Flipkart Plus members must:

  • Complete four eligible orders in a calendar month.
  • Each order must be worth at least Rs 299.
  • Eligible purchases can be made on Flipkart, Flipkart Grocery, or Flipkart Minutes.

Once the fourth qualifying order is placed, users can activate a 30-day Netflix Mobile Plan directly through the Flipkart app without paying anything extra.

To continue receiving the benefit, members will need to complete another four eligible purchases in the following calendar month.

Not a Flipkart Plus member?

Customers who are not yet part of the loyalty programme can become Flipkart Plus members by completing 15 orders within 12 months. There is no separate membership fee to join the programme.

What you get

The Netflix Mobile Plan gives users access to Netflix's library of Indian and international films, web series and other content on a mobile device.

The offer applies across Flipkart's shopping ecosystem, including its grocery and quick-commerce platforms.

According to a Moneycontrol report, Ravi Iyer, CFO and SVP, Strategic Partnerships at Flipkart, said the partnership is designed to reward customers' existing shopping habits with added entertainment benefits.
