The limited-period promotion comes ahead of the festive season, when e-commerce platforms and technology companies typically roll out special deals and discounts.

The offer is available through Adobe's official website and is exclusively aimed at eligible students. Adobe Photoshop free for one year: What students need to know

Under the promotion, eligible students can get an annual prepaid Photoshop subscription at a 100 per cent discount for the first year. Adobe's checkout page displays the regular annual price of Rs. 1,999, while the promotional amount payable at the time of subscription is Rs. 0.

However, the free subscription comes with an automatic renewal condition. After the initial 12-month period, the plan renews at Rs. 1,999 per year unless the user cancels it before the renewal date. Students who do not wish to continue with the paid subscription should review their Adobe account and cancel the plan in advance to avoid being charged.

How to get Adobe Photoshop free for 12 months

  1. Visit Adobe's Photoshop student offer page and proceed to checkout using the promotional offer.

  2. Sign in to an existing Adobe account or create a new account using an email address.

  3. Select UPI as the payment method at checkout and provide the required college details.

  4. Authorise the UPI AutoPay mandate through the UPI app. A small token amount of around Rs. 2 may be charged to set up the payment mandate.

  5. Once the process is completed, the Photoshop subscription will be activated for 12 months at no cost.
