Sean Prentiss is an American writer and professor who teaches creative writing. His work, Finding Abbey: a Search for Edward Abbey and His Hidden Desert Grave won the 2015 National Outdoor Book Award for History/Biography. He is also the author of Crosscut: Poems and has edited several anthologies. Sean was a delegate at the MBIFL’24 where his sessions were loved by all who attended. He spoke about the art of writing and how the world around us is processed by our brain to result in a creative process. Sean spoke to Mathrubhumi.com and talked about how nature and travel are seamlessly embedded in his writing and about the interconnectedness of experiences.
