Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov addressed the issue stating, “Russia is very attentive to the topic of nuclear non-proliferation. And we believe that everyone should be very, very cautious with nuclear rhetoric.”
On Friday, Donald Trump said he had ordered the movement of two nuclear submarines in reaction to remarks made by Medvedev.
