Kozhikode: CPM state secretary MV Govindan said on Wednesday that the Communist Party of India (CPI) will participate in the seminar organised by the CPM against the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) in Kozhikode. Speaking to media persons here, Govindan pointed out that all those interested can take part in the seminar.
“The Congress were not invited as they did not have a stance on the issue. Even now, the party holds different opinions in various states. Congress is holding public forum in Kerala. Is the party’s all India leadership ready to make such a move,” Govindan asked.
