Kannur: The charge sheet prepared by the Thalassery Road Transport Officer (RTO) against E Bull Jetters pinpoints a set of illegal modifications in the vehicle which would have led to accidents.

The YouTubers, who are popularly known as E Bull Jetters, were arrested by police on Tuesday over the RTO office ruckus after they were fined for modifying their caravan illegally.

The charge sheet, to be submitted before the Thalassery Additional Sessions Court, states that the duo illegally fixed lights, siren and hone in the vehicle. It violates the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988. Their reluctance in paying tax amounts to violation of Kerala Motor Tax Act.

Once the charge sheet is submitted, the caravan will be under the custody of the court. The charge sheet primarily focuses on the illegal modifications and how it would have affected commuters. Their failure in paying tax is also mentioned in the charge sheet.

In the meantime, a show cause notice has been affixed in their house as a preliminary procedure to revoke the RC of the vehicle.
