General Education Minister V Sivankutty called for an investigation into the question paper leak, announcing the formation of a six-member committee led by the Director of General Education. The committee is tasked with submitting a report within a month, addressing any flaws in the distribution process.
In addition to investigating the leak, the government will also examine the involvement of government teachers in private tuition centers. Minister Sivankutty stated that MS Solutions' actions have crossed all boundaries, emphasising the seriousness of the situation.
The question papers were allegedly leaked on the YouTube channel a day before the examinations. The Plus One Mathematics examination took place on Thursday, and questions totaling 23 marks were reportedly shared through this platform late on Wednesday night.
The teachers revealed that the video discussing the exact order of the questions had been viewed by more than a lakh people. The incident came to the attention of authorities after students, through phones and WhatsApp groups, had started asking for answers to the leaked questions. In the Class 10 English exam held on Wednesday, 70 percent of the 80-mark questions were found to match those predicted on the online channel.
