New Delhi: Football fans across the country can now stream every single match of the Indian Super League (ISL) live and completely free of charge on YouTube. This open-access digital initiative removes traditional paywalls, allowing supporters to tune into all 163 fixtures of the 2026-27 campaign without a subscription. Alongside YouTube, league announcements confirm that Sony Sports Network will broadcast over 80 matches on television, while SonyLIV handles the full digital slate. Rajesh Kaul of Sony Pictures Networks India noted that the expanded partnership provides a prominent national stage for domestic football rivalries.

Building on Last Season's Dramatic Finale

The upcoming campaign arrives hot on the heels of a historic 2025-26 season conclusion, where East Bengal FC clinched their maiden ISL title and ended a 22-year national league drought with a dramatic 2-1 comeback victory over Inter Kashi. In a nail-biting finish, East Bengal and arch-rivals Mohun Bagan Super Giant finished level on 26 points, with the Red and Gold Brigade taking the crown on goal difference. With reigning champions East Bengal defending their crown under head coach Oscar Bruzon, the 13 competing teams are gearing up for another fierce race.

The 2026-27 season kicks off on October 10, 2026, featuring a weekend-heavy calendar designed to boost stadium turnouts and viewing figures.
