Thiruvananthapuram: The 11th Pay Revision Commission will submit its report to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan today.
Pay Revision Commission secretary K Mohandas, members Prof. MK Sukumaran Nair and Adv Ashok Mamman Cheriyan will hand over the report to the CM at 3.30 pm on Friday.
The report includes a set of proposals to increase the salary and pension of the government staff. Another report on service rules will be submitted in June.
Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, salary hike equal to previous years will not be carried out this year. But upto 10 percent hike is expected in salary and pension.
The government has decided to issue the order on salary revision in the first week of February.
The revised salary will be distributed from April onwards.
