Thrissur: Senior Congress leader and former Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president K. Sudhakaran has been admitted to a private hospital in Thrissur after he reportedly felt unwell.

Sudhakaran had travelled to Thrissur to attend the wedding ceremony of a relative of KPCC president Sunny Joseph.

He was taken to the hospital for medical attention after experiencing dizziness. Doctors from the General Medicine and Neurology departments are currently monitoring his condition.

An MRI scan has been recommended for further evaluation, and the medical team stated that subsequent treatment will be decided based on the test results.
