Hiding number plates to avoid AI camera detection to invoke more charges

Thiruvananthapuram: Police have warned of taking a case for reckless driving against those who hide vehicle's number plates using their hands to stop AI cameras from detecting traffic violations. 

Earlier, police officials identified the trend of pillion drivers risking their safety to hide number plates using their hands. Such measures could not stop cameras or officials from identifying the violations, the officials informed. 

To avoid such practices, the police have decided to take strict action on the matter.
