Vizhinjam, Thiruvananthapuram: In a beautiful blend of culture, tradition, and love, Camilla, a native of Denmark, and Dominic hailing from Illinois, USA, tied the knot in Kerala after meeting each other while learning ‘kalariapayattu’ ( martial art of Kerala origin) and yoga. What started as a journey to deepen their knowledge of Indian martial arts and spirituality turned into a heartfelt bond leading to marriage.
On Wednesday, between 10:00 am and 10:25 am, the couple exchanged vows at the picturesque Melankode Devi Temple in Piravilakam, Vizhinjam. Their decision to marry according to Hindu rituals was fulfilled with the assistance of their ‘kalari’ and yoga guru, who played an instrumental role in arranging the wedding ceremony for the couple.
