Two Malayali youths from Kasaragod and Wayanad killed as pickup van crashes into a divider at Ramnagar near Bengaluru.

Bengaluru: Two young men from Kerala were killed in a road accident at Ramnagar, near Bengaluru, in the early hours of the morning.
The deceased have been identified as Subil P T (37), a native of Vellarikundu in Kasaragod and Ajith (36), a native of Wayanad. The accident occurred when the pickup van they were travelling in lost control and crashed into a road divider while they were heading towards Bengaluru.
The bodies have been shifted to a local hospital. Upon receiving the news, relatives and friends of the deceased left for Ramnagar.
The bodies will be handed over to the families following the completion of legal formalities, including post-mortem.
Preliminary police findings suggest that the driver may have fallen asleep at the wheel.
The police have registered a case and an investigation is underway.
