Kochi: Kochi Metro Rail Ltd as part of 5th year anniversary celebrations will be offering ride to any station at just Rs 5 on June 17.
The announcement was made through the official social media handles of Kochi Metro. The special rate for the day has been branded as 5@5 offer.
The social media post with the offer has a meme depicting the announcement. The credit for the post is given to Jackson Joseph James, who supposedly is LD CLERK at Cochin Municipal Corporation and admin of Troll Ernakulam.
From June 11, Kochi Metro has been campaigning with 5@5 offer. The latest post on the offer urges the netizens to inculcate the habit of relying on public transport. “Kochi Metro…How easy life is!!,” notes the post.
