Amritsar: A gripping video of a woman courageously battling three masked thieves has taken social media by storm. In the video, the woman can be seen using all her strength to thwart a burglary attempt. The video was shared on X (formerly known as Twitter) with the caption, “Three men broke into a house in Mohali, but a brave woman showed her courage. Everything was captured on CCTV. Watch how she bravely prevented a major incident, using her wits!”

The video, divided into two parts, shows the three burglars attempting to break into a house. They scale the wall and try to force open the main door, but the woman thwarts  their plan. Alerted by the CCTV cameras installed both inside and outside the house, she rushes to close the main door and uses her body weight to prevent the thieves from entering. As the video continues, she secures the door by latching it at both the top and bottom, then wedges it shut with a sofa. Towards the end, she calls for help and is heard screaming throughout the video. 

Amidst the chaos, a child stands by her side, adding to the tension of the scene as screams for help echo through the air.

Despite their efforts, the thieves were ultimately driven away by her fierce defense, retreating in frustration as they hid their faces and exited through the gate.

The footage quickly went viral, with viewers praising the woman’s bravery and quick thinking.
