Voters who have submitted their Enumeration Form, either through their Booth Level Officer or online, can now verify whether their details have been uploaded to the Election Commission portal. The ECI has provided a simple online process enabling users to check the status from home.
Voters who have submitted their Enumeration Form (SIR form) — either through their Booth Level Officer (BLO) or online — can now easily verify whether their details have been uploaded to the Election Commission of India (ECI) portal. The ECI has introduced a simple online process that allows users to check the digitisation status from home.

How to check if your Enumeration Form has been uploaded
1. Visit the official website: Go to voters.eci.gov.in and click on ‘Fill Enumeration Form’ on the homepage.
2. Register or log in
New users: Sign up by entering your mobile number, optional email and the captcha code.
Existing users: Log in using your mobile number, captcha and OTP.
3. Go back to the Enumeration Form section
After logging in, your name will appear at the top. Click on ‘Fill Enumeration Form’ again.
- Enter your EPIC number
- Type your EPIC (voter ID) number and click ‘Search’.
- Check your status instantly
If the form has been uploaded:
The system will display a message saying “Your form has already been submitted with mobile number XXXXX…”
If the form has not been uploaded:
No message will appear, and a fresh form page may open instead.
What to do if something seems wrong
If you notice incorrect details — such as an unfamiliar mobile number or a “submitted” status when you did not submit the form — the ECI advises contacting your local Booth Level Officer immediately for correction.
Important note
BLOs are currently processing a large volume of forms nationwide, so delays in updating the portal are common. Uploading of SIR forms will continue until 4 December. Voters whose status has not appeared yet are advised to wait and avoid repeated follow-ups, as the update may still be in progress. If needed, users may share the on-screen message with their BLO for assistance.
