SpiceJet runs 14 special flights from UAE to Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi and Pune to evacuate stranded passengers.

New Delhi: SpiceJet will operate 14 special flights from the UAE on Friday to bring home passengers stranded amid the ongoing West Asia conflict, the airline confirmed.
Over the past three days, the carrier has already operated 25 special flights from the UAE to Delhi, Mumbai and Kochi, providing relief to travellers affected by flight cancellations and airspace restrictions.
On Friday, SpiceJet plans to operate nine flights from Fujairah to Mumbai, four services to Delhi, and one flight from Dubai to Pune, according to an official statement.

The escalating tensions in the region, involving the US, Israel and Iran, have led to widespread international flight cancellations, with Indian carriers cancelling 281 flights on Thursday, March 5. The government continues to closely monitor the situation to ensure the safe return of stranded passengers.
