Kochi: Disturbing WhatsApp chats have surfaced following the tragic death of 15-year-old Mihir Ahmed in Thrippunithura, shedding light on the cruelty he endured in the form of. The conversations, shared among a group of schoolmates, include mocking and celebratory messages about Mihir’s death, exposing the extent of the torment he faced.| Mihir’s uncle, Shareef, revealed that these chats were retrieved through a group called "Justice for Mihir”, formed by the boy’s classmates after his death. Despite the group being deleted within two days, vital evidence, including screenshots and messages, was shared with the family. Shareef stated, “The group was deleted quickly, but we managed to obtain crucial proof, which we submitted to the school authorities. However, no significant action was taken, which led us to escalate the matter to the Chief Minister and the Director General of Police.”
