AI-powered sports technology platform Kabuni has launched a global cricket coaching platform designed to make elite-level training accessible to players of all backgrounds. The platform was unveiled at the company's Playtime 2026 event on Sunday in Mumbai and uses Kabuni's proprietary PlayOS technology to analyse live cricket action in real time.

The system evaluates key aspects of a player's performance, including timing, balance, footwork, and alignment, before providing instant coaching feedback. According to the company, the technology aims to place a world-class cricket coach in every player's pocket while encouraging young people to spend more time playing sports and less time on passive screen activities.

To strengthen its coaching ecosystem, Kabuni has signed cricket greats Sourav Ganguly, Shane Watson, AB de Villiers, and Shreyas Iyer as Super Coaches. India has been selected as the launch market ahead of a planned global rollout later this year, reflecting the country's massive cricketing community and strong grassroots culture.
