Child singer Avirbhav, winner of the Hindi music reality show Sony TV's Superstar Singer Season 3, performed at the birthday celebration of actor Mohanlal's mother, Santhakumari on Friday. Avirbhav, who gained fame for his performance of "Chitti Aayi Hai," sang "Alliyambal Kadavil" from the 1965 movie ‘Rosi’, a song penned by P. Bhaskaran, composed by KV Job and sung by Yesudas.

Director Major Ravi also attended the event. Avirbhav, now widely recognised across India, has been praised by reality show judges. His talent impressed even renowned singer Sukhwinder Singh, who referred to him as the ‘Shah Rukh Khan of singers’ after the performance of the song "Hole..Hole" from the film Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. Another judge Neha Kakkar called him "Veer Avirbhav" for his unwavering attitude. Superstar Singer 3 is known for showcasing talented young singers from all over the country.

Avirbhav began his musical journey at a young age and gained recognition through a Telugu reality show where his sister Aniirvinhya was the second runner-up in 2018. At the age of one year and six months, he won the Best Entertainer award as well.

During the finale, Avirbhav performed popular songs including “Aaja Meri Jaan”, “Mere Rang Mein”, and “Aaja Sham Hone Ai”. He took home the prize of Rs 10 lakh. Another contestant, Atharva Bakshi, also won the first place along with him.

Avirbhav’s music teacher is Kavumvattam Anand from Kozhikode, and the young star has also sung parts in the films ‘Paltu Janwar’ and ‘Malayalee From India’.

Avirbhav lives in Angamaly and is a second-grade student at Viswajyothi Public School. His father, KS Sajimon, works at K-FON.
