Shots were fired outside the Vancouver home of Indo-Canadian singer-rapper AP Dhillon on Monday. A video capturing the alleged shooting has emerged and is currently being examined by security agencies.

A social media post has claimed that the gunfire occurred at AP Dhillon's bungalow on Victoria Island, Vancouver. The post alleges that there was indiscriminate firing outside the residence of the well-known artist. The video related to the incident is under verification by security officials.

The viral post also includes a statement claiming responsibility for the shooting. It reads: "Firing incidents took place at two locations on the night of September 1 - Victoria Island and Woodbridge, Toronto. I (Rohit Godara from the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang) take responsibility for both incidents."

The attackers, whose identities remain unknown, left a threatening message claiming that the Victoria Island house belongs to AP Dhillon. They taunted him, saying he was showing off after featuring Salman Khan in his song and dared him to come out and take action. The message also warned him to stay within his limits or face consequences, boasting that they truly live the underworld life he only copies.

This incident comes after AP Dhillon released his song "Old Money" last month, featuring Bollywood stars Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt. Notably, a similar incident occurred in April when gunshots were fired outside Salman Khan's residence in Galaxy Apartments, Bandra, leading to a chargesheet against nine accused, including jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.

AP Dhillon, a renowned Punjabi singer and rapper, is known for his hits like "Brown Munde", "Excuses", "Toxic", and others. The Canadian police have not released an official statement regarding the shooting incident outside Dhillon's home in Canada, and the attackers remain unidentified.
