The second-look poster of ‘Dridam’, featuring Shane Nigam once again in a police avatar, has been unveiled, adding momentum to the buzz surrounding the upcoming Malayalam crime thriller. The actor, regarded as one of the leading young talents in the industry, steps back into uniform for the role of Sub-Inspector Vijay Radhakrishnan. This marks his return to a cop character after his appearances in’ Corona Papers’ and ‘Vela’.

The newly released poster shows Nigam standing amid towering stacks of case files, gripping one in his hand – a visual that strongly hints at an investigation-driven narrative. The imagery reinforces expectations that ‘Dridam’ will unfold as an intense crime-solving story centred on his character.

Earlier, the film’s first video, shared with the hashtag #ACopWithEverythingToProve, generated widespread social media interest. The second-look poster has drawn a similarly enthusiastic response, further heightening anticipation.

The ensemble cast features Shobi Thilakan, Kottayam Ramesh, Dinesh Prabhakar, Nandan Unni, Vinod Bose, Krishnaprabha, Saniya Fathima, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Prashanth Murali, Mathew Varghese, Joji K John, Bitto Davis and Abhishek Ravindran, among others.

‘Dridam’ is presented jointly by E4 Experiments and Jeethu Joseph (Bed Time Stories). The film is produced by Mukesh R Mehta and C V Sarathi. Jomon John and Linto Devasia have written the story, screenplay and dialogues, while debutant Martin Joseph directs the project. PM Unni Krishnan serves as the cinematographer.
