With hidden faces, a cryptic motion poster, and a stellar creative team behind it, the film's announcement has already left fans eager to uncover what the mystery is all about.

After months of anticipation, Mohanlal's long-awaited collaboration with filmmaker Dileesh Pothan has finally been announced. Titled ‘Nedumkandam Miracle’, the film was officially unveiled on Friday with an intriguing motion poster that has already brought curiosity among fans.
The motion poster keeps the mystery intact by featuring the silhouettes of a man, two women and two children without revealing their faces. Another teaser shows fragments of a building floating in the air before assembling into a structure, with Mohanlal seen seated in an open doorway in the final frame, hinting at the film's mysterious tone.
‘Nedumkandam Miracle’ is produced by Achu Baby John, son of Kerala State Minister Shibu Baby John, who previously co-produced Mohanlal's ‘Malaikottai Vaaliban’.
The screenplay is jointly written by Syam Pushkaran and Paulson Skaria. The project marks Syam's fourth consecutive collaboration with Dileesh Pothan after ‘Maheshinte Prathikaaram’, ‘Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum’ (creative direction and dialogues), and ‘Joji’. It is Paulson's first collaboration with the filmmaker and writer, following his work on ‘Neymar’, ‘Kaathal: The Core’, and ‘Athiradi’.
The film also reunites Dileesh with several of his frequent collaborators, including cinematographer Shyju Khalid, composer Sushin Shyam, editor Saiju Sreedharan, production designer Ajayan Chalissery, costume designer Mashar Hamsa and makeup artist Ronex Xavier.
While the makers have not revealed any plot details, the title suggests that Nedumkandam, the hill town in Kerala's Idukki district, could play a significant role in the story.
Meanwhile, Mohanlal has a packed lineup ahead. He is currently shooting ‘Athimanoharam’ with Tharun Moorthy, in which he returns as a police officer. The film is scheduled to release on December 24. He also has ‘L 367’, directed by Vishnu Mohan and reportedly inspired by ‘Operation Ganga’, as well as another upcoming collaboration with Priyadarshan.
