Actor Jyotika shared her joy on Instagram as her daughter Diya graduated from Mumbai’s Ascend International School, marking the completion of her school education. The celebration wasn’t just about milestones—it was also a moment of heartfelt gratitude. Jyotika made it a point to thank both Diya’s teacher and the family’s longtime cook, acknowledging their vital roles in shaping her daughter’s school years.

While praising the teacher, she wrote, “A good teacher is like a candle—it consumes itself to light the way for others.” Equally touching was her tribute to the woman who had been preparing Diya’s meals from LKG to Class 12. “She is irreplaceable,” Jyotika wrote, referring to Devi, the family cook, who quietly supported Diya’s journey from the background for over a decade.
 

By publicly honouring not just the educators but also the hands that worked silently in the kitchen, Jyotika sent a powerful message—success is never an individual journey, and gratitude belongs to everyone who walks beside you, seen or unseen.

 

Also present at the graduation were Jyotika and Suriya’s parents, who joined the family in celebrating Diya’s achievement. Jyotika posted nostalgic photos of Diya’s early childhood, including pictures with her grandparents.

Suriya had earlier revealed that Diya would pursue her higher studies abroad. The family has been living in Mumbai for the past two years, prioritising their children’s education and Jyotika’s wish to spend more time with her parents.
