In a recent interview alongside fellow superstar Vicky Kaushal, Kareena revealed an interesting fact that surprised many of her fans

Seasoned Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor Khan often makes headlines not just for her filmography but also for her fitness goals, which keep her looking stunning even in her 40s.
In a recent chat with The Hollywood Reporter India, alongside fellow superstar Vicky Kaushal, Kareena revealed an interesting fact that surprised many of her fans.
Impressed by his senior's ability to consistently turn up looking smart, slick, and in shape on every occasion, Vicky, in an affable manner, got "Bebo" talking about her food habits.
In a candid statement, Kareena shared that she still devours aloo paratha with white makkhan at least twice every week — a must in her diet.
For the unversed, back in 2008, Kareena had left cinephiles in awe with her size-zero avatar in the film Tashan, which also starred Saif Ali Khan, whom she later married. When Vicky wondered how she managed to stay in perfect shape back then despite her love for rich food, Kareena responded:
“I used to have aloo paratha for breakfast even while shooting for Tashan... It’s not like I was on an orange juice-only size-zero diet back then. You can calculate. I used to taper down the day. I mean, you can still have a good breakfast even when you’re on a diet regime,” the experienced actor said, busting the myths.
Kareena’s open talk could serve as a tip and inspiration for fitness enthusiasts — a reminder that staying fit doesn’t always require extreme measures. Her smart hack might just become a lifestyle cue for many going forward.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Vicky is fresh off the success of the period drama Chhaava, while Kareena has several exciting projects lined up. Their conversation is now drawing eager attention from fitness lovers everywhere.
