Dhoomakethu release date revealed: Sajin Gopu, Nikhila Vimal film set for September 25

Sajin Gopu and Nikhila Vimal’s upcoming Malayalam film Dhoomakethu has locked its worldwide theatrical release date. Directed by Sudhi Maddison, the film is set to hit theatres on September 25. The announcement comes after the film’s first-look poster and the release of its song “Chiranjeevi” generated interest among Malayalam cinema audiences.

The film marks another collaboration involving Sudhi Maddison, who previously directed Neymar. Dhoomakethu is being produced jointly by Happy Hours Entertainments and A & HS Production House, the production house behind Sookshmadarshini.

Underwater sequences create curiosity

One of the key talking points around Dhoomakethu has been its underwater sequences. The makers have teased these portions through the film’s promotional material, creating curiosity about how the sequences will be incorporated into the story. Cast and crew

Sajin Gopu and Nikhila Vimal play the lead roles in Dhoomakethu. The cast also includes Shine Tom Chacko, Ganapathi and Siddharth Bharathan. The screenplay has been written by Sonny and Manu.

Sameer Thahir, Shyju Khalid, Sajin Ali and Abbas Thirunavaya are producing the film. Jinto George is the cinematographer, while Vivek Harshan handles editing. Ankit Menon has composed the music and Ouseph John is the production designer.

Ranganath Ravee is responsible for audiography, while Mashar Hamsa handles costumes and R.G. Wayanadan is the makeup artist. Steven Kumar is handling the stunts and Antony Thomas is the production controller. Bhavana Release will distribute the film.
