
Mimicry artiste turned actor Kottyam Nazeer was widely appreciated in the social media with his painting skills during the COVID lockdown. Now, the actor has sold his paintings and donated Rs 1 lakh to Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF).
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan mentioned about Kottayam Nazeer’s donation to CMDRF while addressing the press meet on Tuesday.
When the central government imposed the first phase of lockdown for 21 days across the country, Nazeer completed 21 paintings as a timepass.
He used to share the beautiful paintings with his fans through his Facebook page. Many film stars also shared these paintings to encourage Kottayam Nazeer.
