Kochi: Following a successful streak of hits, from the cult classic Premam to his recent triumph in Sarvam Maya, Nivin Pauly has officially joined forces with the creators of the blockbuster rom-com Premalu. Their new project, titled "Bethlehem Kudumba Unit," commenced production today following a traditional pooja ceremony attended by several prominent figures from the Malayalam film industry.

A Powerhouse Collaboration

The film is directed by Girish A.D., the hitmaker behind Thaneermathan Dinangal, Super Saranya, and the pan-Indian sensation Premalu. This project marks a significant collaboration between Girish’s signature light-hearted storytelling and the production prowess of Bhavana Studios.

Managed by the acclaimed trio of Dileesh Pothan, Fahadh Faasil, and Syam Pushkaran, "Bethlehem Kudumba Unit" is the banner’s sixth production. The screenplay is a joint effort between Girish A.D. and Kiran Josey.

Mamitha Baiju: After becoming a South Indian sensation through Premalu and recently starring opposite superstars like Vijay, Dhanush, Suriya, and Pradeep Ranganathan, Mamitha returns to Malayalam cinema as the female lead.

Nivin Pauly: Returning to his "strong zone" of romantic comedy and relatable drama.

Sangeeth Prathap: Also features in a prominent role following his breakout performance in Premalu.
