Malayalam actress Ahaana Krishna shared an emotional note on Instagram as she welcomed a new member into her family — her sister Diya Krishna’s newborn son. In a deeply personal caption, Ahaana described the experience of witnessing the birth as a magical moment that moved her to tears of joy for the first time.

“I’ve often wondered to myself if I would ever get to experience tears of joy. Tears for me had so far been an expression assigned to sadness or anger. Happiness has never been able to bring tears in me”, she said in her post.

Reflecting on the moment her nephew was born, Ahaana expressed how it left a lasting emotional impact on her. “Yesterday on the 5th of July at 7.16 PM, my sister gave birth to her son and I saw him come into this world. I saw the magical and surreal miracle that human birth is”.

She went on to share how the arrival of the baby, whom the family has lovingly named Neeom, changed her perspective. “Just when I thought I didn’t have it in me to share my life with a new member, Neeom made his way into our lives and surprised me in more ways than one”.

For Ahaana, it was a moment of realisation and new beginnings. “For the first time in my life, I experienced the bliss in tears of joy and here I am, hopelessly in love and obsessed with this adorable, tiny bundle of joy and calmness”, she added.

Sharing her affection for the newborn, she continued, “I already love his tiny feet, his smell, his lips and his eyes and I can’t wait to fall in love with everything about him in the years to come!”

Concluding her post, Ahaana joyfully announced, “NEEOM ( Our Omy ) is here ……”
